This is the only location in the game where you can purchase Elixirs. The Witch showing up is a random occurrence here, so be patient.

Elixirs are an important item in the game as they will heal you if you're killed in the Countryside by bandits. Without Elixirs you'll have to wait for the next reset to be brought back to life.
